We update you at every stage of your order via email updates and within your account page.

Please check your email or account to view the current status of your order.

If after your order has been marked as despatched and you have not received within 7 days, please do contact us so we can investigate this further.

Once the order has left our warehouse we are not in control of delivery times, as this is determined by how busy the postal service currently is, but we aim to make sure all orders are despatched as quickly as we possibly can.
