We hate over complicated returns policies and we are sure you do, so the simple bit is:

If the product is damaged or faulty, we will cover your return postage and offer you a full refund or the option to exchange, although this will depend on stock levels.

If you have changed your mind or do not like the product, you will need to cover the return postage and organise this yourself, but we will offer a full refund on the product.

And we need to know within 30 days, but the sooner the better so we can resolve things for you quickly.

And now for the detail...

Wax Melts

However, minor cracking of a wax melt is not considered damage, as this does not prevent the product from being used or its effectiveness, so we will not offer a refund or replacement for minor cracking. As we use tight closing clamshells, minor cracking is common, but this allows us to make sure the fragrance when you melt your product is as strong as it possible can be. 

All of our wax melt products contain natural wax which means that natural imperfections may be visible when you open the clamshell. This can include minor cracks or minor frosting. 

If you do not like the smell or have changed your mind, as long as the product is still in one piece, has not been used at all and shows no sign of damage, we are more than happy to accept returns on this.

You will need to cover the return postage.

Wax Burners

We understand that you might not want to keep the product if it is not right for you, is an unwanted gift or you have changed your mind, which is why we offer the option to return the product to us. 

You will need to cover the return postage.

If the item is damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund policy, including your postage. 

In the first instance, please email with your:

  • Order Number
  • Contact Details Including Post Code And 1st Line Of Address For Security Reasons
  • Reason For Requesting A Return And Refund
  • Photographic Evidence If Damaged / Faulty

Once we have received and assessed your Return and Refund request, we will then contact you to resolve your enquiry.

Where applicable, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue within 3 business days. Our main aim is to make sure ALL of our customers are 100% happy, so we will always work with you to resolve any issues.

We CAN NOT accept refund or returns when:

  • Minor surface cracks on wax melts
  • The item has been used
  • The item has been opened and damaged
  • The item has been partially used
